Generally, all sales are final. However, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions if you are not satisfied with our service. This period begins on the day of your purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days.
- Renewals (monthly or annual) after the first period.
- One-off services or customized software development.
- Users who have clearly violated our Terms and Conditions.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email support@scaffko.dev with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Once approved, it can take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly if you have an issue with your purchase. Initiating a chargeback through your bank can lead to the permanent suspension of your account and the reversal of any licenses granted.
